Shipping and Return Policy



Shipping Policies:
At the Wild Bid Company, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. In the event that we are out of stock or an item is backordered to us, we will notify you by email or phone within 2 business days to let you know when you can expect your items or to discuss your wishes. Thank you for choosing the Wild Bird Company for all your backyard birding needs.

Shipping Costs:
Most of our shipped items will be delivered by UPS. Please make sure that your street address and/or rural route information is correctly listed in the shipping form. Your shipping charges are calculated on only item weight(s). Additional weight added by boxing and packing material will be covered by the Wild Bird Company. We want to ensure that you get the highest quality items at a reasonable price (delivered to your door).

Damaged Items:
In the event that a package arrives damaged and your item is broken, please keep all the packaging and item(s) and call us toll free at 1-844-442-1322. We will send a call tag to retrieve the item and will gladly replace it. If the item has a manufacturer defect, we may be able to arrange replacement or parts directly from the manufacturer. Again, call us at 1-844-442-1322 or email us at info@wildbirdco.com and we will figure out a solution.

Return Policy:
Please feel free to return any item you are not satisfied with. If you would like to immediately return an item, please keep the original packaging and contact us to issue a call tag for the item to be picked up. Items may be returned up to within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return of heavily used or damaged items due to use will be given a store credit based on the condition of the item.
